Coordinated Panelized Building Systems

TBI evaluates, configures, and coordinates project-specific panelized building systems using cold-formed steel framing, structural insulated panels, advanced enclosure materials, qualified manufacturing, and installation partners to create your vision.

Exterior wall systems

Load-bearing and non-load-bearing cold-formed steel wall panels with integrated sheathing, continuous insulation and water-resistive barrier options. Panels are engineered for the project, built offsite and delivered ready to set.

Interior wall systems

Prefabricated interior partitions, corridor walls and shaft walls in cold-formed steel, coordinated with the exterior panels so openings, mechanical routes and fire-rated assemblies line up in the field.

Floor and roof systems

Cold-formed steel floor joists, floor cassettes, roof trusses and roof panels engineered as one system with the walls. Spans, bearing points and diaphragm details are resolved before production so the structure goes together in sequence.

Structural insulated panels

Structural insulated panels, including magnesium-cement-faced panels such as ZS2 TechPanel, for walls and roofs where fire resistance, moisture durability and continuous insulation are priorities. TBI evaluates panel fit for each project and coordinates with the manufacturer on documentation and approvals.

Manufacturing and production release

Panels are produced by qualified manufacturing partners in a quality-controlled setting. TBI manages production release: shop drawings, engineering sign-off, material confirmation and the release schedule are aligned to the site so panels arrive in the order they are set.

Enclosure and continuous-insulation strategies

Thermal bridging in cold-formed steel is managed at the design stage: continuous exterior insulation, thermally broken details, air and water control layers and coating systems from partners such as Forte Tech Coatings, Impermitek and Stormcure. These strategies support projects pursuing Phius, FORTIFIED, LEED or ENERGY STAR.

Logistics and installation coordination

Delivery sequencing, receiving, crane and site logistics and panel erection are coordinated with TB Workx and the project's general contractor. Just-in-time delivery, installation planning and field quality documentation keep the shell on schedule from first panel to dry-in. TBI serves projects across Texas, nationwide and in the Western Hemisphere.
